1- What is the mechanism for submitting an inquiry or complaint to the human resources portal?

Dear employee, you can apply through the human resources portal https://hr.rc2.med.sa/EN, which aims to receive all requests electronically, which is concerned with responding to all inquiries and complaints of employees through human resources officials in Riyadh Health Second Cluster to get it done as soon as possible.
2- What are the requirements for raising a ticket?

Dear Employee, be informed that in order to raise a ticket, you need to have the email of the RC2, and that is by requesting for new user reqeust https://hr.rc2.med.sa/EN/Service/Pages/NewUser.aspx on the portal to get an email of RC2
3- How can I raise a ticket?

Dear employee, you can access the eservices on HR Portal, raise a ticket https://hr.rc2.med.sa/EN/Service/Pages/NewRequest.aspx In case you have an email from KFMC or RC2.
4- I have a problem with registration: "No data found"

Dear employee, if this message appears to you, we hope that you will kindly send an email to the Support Department of the portal R2-HR@rc2.med.sa and provide them with the following data: Full name - National ID or Iqama number - Employee number - Place of work - Mobile number. They will add your data to the system.
5- How can I get the email of RC2 after registration?

9- How do I know that the ticket has been closed?

Dear employee, you will receive a text message on the mobile stating that the request is complete.
10- If the answer to the ticket is not enough... is the ticket closed?

Dear employee, in order to ensure the quality of response to inquiries, after the response of the human resources officer, the ticket will remain open for 24 hours for the employee to respond to the ticket if the answer is not enough.
11- What happens if there is no response within 72 hours?

Dear employee, your request is of interest to everyone in the departments of the Executive Administration of Human Capital in the cluster. If the HR official does not respond during this period, the request will be automatically escalated to the top manager to respond urgently within 24 hours.
