  • Service description
    This service allows following up on tickets that have been raised by the employee and reviewing the status and details of tickets. It also allows following up the response of human resources officials and the ability to respond to tickets
  • Terms of use
    • For the employees of the Second Riyadh Health Cluster
    • You must have an email in KFMC or RC2. And in case you do not have you can Register here
  • Service implementation steps
    • Enter the username to retrieve employee data
    • View ticket status and details
    • To open the ticket and respond to it, click on the “Edit” option

    The beneficiary is notified of the request number and the application is studied by HR officials, then the beneficiary will be notified by e-mail and SMS when the request is processed.
