Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. It requires two steps to login to a system:

  1. Step 1: Enter your username and password
  2. Step 2: Enter your code (OTP)

To enable MFA, please follow the instructions provided in the MFA Setup Guide.

Ensure your account is secure by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for applications in R2.

Once MFA is enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your registered device each time you log in.

Multi-Factor Authentication Setup

Follow these steps to set up Multi-Factor Authentication:

  1. Download Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device
  2. Open the authenticator app and select "Add Account" or icon.
  3. Scan the QR code provided on the MFA setup page.
  4. Enter the verification code generated by the app.
