Reset Password Service

  • Service description
    This service allows the registered users to reset their account passwords
  • Terms of use
    • For the employees of the Second Riyadh Health Cluster
    • You must have an email in KFMC or RC2. And in case you do not have you can Register here
  • Service implementation steps
    • Enter the RC2 or KFMC username to reset its password
    • Enter your Employee Number
    • Enter your National ID or Iqama Number
    • Enter new password according to given policy
    • Re-enter the new password
    • Accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement
    • Enter the OTP code received on mobile
    • Click Submit to reset password
  • Service flow chart
    The user is notified on the page about successful password reset.
