New User Request Service

  • Service description
    This service provides the ability to request the creation of a user account for the employees of the second Riyadh Health Cluster, and to benefit from the services and systems available to them
  • Terms of use
    • For employees of the second Riyadh Health Cluster, excluding the employees of King Fahd Medical City
  • Service implementation steps
    • Registration requires you to register your National ID or Iqama number, employee number and mobile number
    • Fill out the form, complete the required information, and add the name in English
    • After completing the form, the system will send you an activation code to your registered mobile number
    • Enter the code and your request will be sent to the Access Management Department to create your account
    • You will receive a text message on the registered mobile number, the username and a link to create the new password
